Wow, so its been almost a month since I have been able to sit and discertain all the happenings. As usual a lot of goings on in hte last month, a lot of growth a lot of optimism. Some failure's to launch, some lessons learned, some triumphs and a lot of energy spent. Im at the point where I am just trying to be optimistic with all that is happenning...shall we begin.
Hm, where to start- Let's start in Hezbollah and Lebanon, and the Israeli offensive and the United States backing of that offensive, and cease fires after lives have already been sacraficed. It's all nonsense, the truth scattered into a million pieces along with the fragments of bombs. The Lebonease have rejected our capitlistic ways for long enough, looks like they might not have a choice now. Obviously "our" war in Iraq doesn't help the tension there, and is coincidently the spark for such fire's. It's just disapointing to have our foreign poiicy handled so unruly while the President and his cabinet continue to get richer. They continue to use fear as a marketing tool to further their agenda through congress. Fear is the reason for the war, fear is the "terroist" threat that is undoubtledly real yet forever held as a means to allow our freedoms to be constricted and control even more. At the beginning of Mos Def's black on both sides he speaks of the God complex. Listen to the intro, you'll be able to feel me. Have no fear, search these realities for yourself.
Shall I continue. It's amazing the mysterious ways in which the higher power places things and circumstances in your life. Latley that power has been leaerning me something serious. Placing me, pushing me, making me learn, making me grow, making me realize I don't have to try to be, I already am. Me and a good friend were talking about the power's we posess as individuals and how they come so naturally to us. How this is something that's been a part of us our whole life, yet latley it has become even more evident how amazing those powers can be. In so many words, we are blessed to do what we do and have the oppurtunities afforded to us that we have. Thank you to my family for being who they are and those friends that might as well be family you know who you are, and we shall celebrate those friendships soon!
X-girlfriends are for the birds, but I love her - true love never dies, only transforms and that's real.
And last but not least - It's a celebration biiitches! My birthday is next week, and in last minute form as usual...Im throwing a party for myself. I will give you all the haps on the craps as it develops. Let's just say its going down!
